I arrived for my appointment for an oil change and was treated nice, I inquired about the engine light and was told that I would have to set up another appointment to have it diagnosed for approximately $180 .. I declined to set another appointment because I couldn’t justify that price just to put a monitor on my car. I was told that it was safe to drive with the engine light on. I went to Auto Zone and got it tested and test results for free.

I took my truck in for an oil change which turned into needing some work done on my brakes. I was happy they found the problem and would be able to fix the same day, so once I was quoted a price I told them to go ahead and do the repair. When I went to pick it up, I was given a total that was much much higher than quoted. After some talk and verification that I was indeed quoted a lower price, they brought the cost down some, but not to the quoted price. While I think they do quality work, it is bad business to give a cost estimate and then try to charge almost double that cost without doing more work than quoted initially.

Jenny is very nice! I believe she replaced Denise which is big shoes to fill. However when I called to make the appointment I told her that I had road hazard on my tires and all the good stuff. I sent my mom is to take my truck since I couldn’t. After they determined that he tire was not repairable Jenny came over to my mom telling her it would be $238 and my mom was like no he has road hazard. So she had to go back down and look! Things like that Jenny should look first before coming to the customer or noted it when I called. Everything else was great! Just work on things like that!!

I’ve been getting my oil changes here for about a year. This time was a little different. I usually don’t have too many issues or problems here and service is usually great. But I was met with a little hostility after inquiring about pricing when a young lady told me the price of the oil change that morning. It seemed a little bit higher than normal so in order for me to budget accordingly for the next time, I asked where can I find pricing information? She stated they don’t list prices anywhere. Everybody gets charged a different price. She’s worked at several different dealerships and they never list the price ,which I found quite strange. She also stated that she doesn’t normally work in the oil change department, so I asked to speak to a manager to see if maybe he knows since maybe she didn’t know because this is not her department. I was met with equal hostility. He came to me seemingly upset that I asked about pricing information stated that they have a sliding scale and prices have been like that for years .The lady before him stated that the price changed in the last 5 to 6 months due to the economy. By the way, I stated that I was not upset that the price had raised, I jus
